Shipping & Collection

If available, customers have the option to pick up their online orders in-store at one of our partner stores nationwide. They will be notified via email or text message when their order is ready. In-store pickups must be made during store hours and customers must present identification and order confirmation. Customers can email us for more information.

All orders are packaged in double boxes for protection during transit, to ensure your order is kept in pristine condition while in transit.

Domestic shipping options are offered through our courier partner with the following delivery times and rates:

● Standard (8-15 business days) with FREE DELIVERY for all orders shipped from our international distribution centre.

● Express (2-4 business days) with FREE DELIVERY for all orders that are locally sourced or that we have in-stock locally. This will be communicated to you after the order is made or can be seen at the bottom of the product screen as ‘available at: Luxity, Gateway’

These lead times and rates are applicable once your item has been dispatched from our international and/or local distribution centre and may be subject to minor changes based on your location.

Orders placed before 10am on weekdays will be shipped the same day and orders placed after 10am or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. However, there may be delays during busy times or holidays.

International shipping is offered through Aramex. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and charges. Average delivery time is 7 working days, but it can take anywhere from 5-30 days depending on the destination country’s regulations. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays and require signature confirmation. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. All orders are shipped in protective shipping boxes or packaging to protect the contents of your order as best we can. Please note, we are not responsible for any damage while in transit.

Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order is shipped. They have a 24-hour window to cancel the order before it is shipped. The store reserves the right to cancel an order if the item is unavailable.

Cancellations & Returns

After placing an order, there is a 24-hour period in which you have to contact us should you wish to cancel your order – with the condition that your item/s has not been shipped out yet. In that case, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order.

Due to the nature of our business, should your item/s become unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. However, you will be contacted and notified of such happenings with aims to discuss a suitable remedy for the cancellation.

● This could include but is not limited to Alternative replacement for the item/s from our store.
● Full refund.
● For us to source a replacement of the exact item/s you originally purchased. However, this could take some time and may not be possible for rare items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you may return your item for a store credit within 7 days of having received the item, PROVIDED the security tag is still attached to your item and has remained intact.
